Vocational High School Revitalization Policy Implementation in Kupang District

The majority of SMKs in Kupang district are still not optimal facing the challenges revitalization. Vocational schools struggling to get out Comfort Zone and towards planned Revitalization. research method used this study is a descriptive with qualitative approach. informants for were determined purposively total 50 people then researcher would carry data collection stages according Creswell (2016: 254-255) as namely observation, interviews, tracking documents (qualitative documents) audio visual materials. results found that implementation High School revitalization policy Regency based on theory Edward III (1980:21) was from side (1) communication going well. (2) human resources have run optimally, budget minimal equipment begun appear. (3) disposition implementor should interpret importance DNA SMK education. This reflected lack understanding Revitalization Schools itself due fact translation only an option or choice, requirement. (4) existing bureaucratic structure related Policy needs special attention all lines, both departments it.
